What if my phone has other issues other than what is broken?
Our job is to repair the initial problem. If a pre-existing condition is found (i.e. LCD needs replacement, once replaced, it becomes apparent that the keyboard does not work) you will be notified and a quote will be given to you for the additional repair. Usually the 2nd repair is much less than the first. We are always concerned with the value of the repair, so that it makes economical sense. Should more issues arise and the cost escalates, you will be notified that the repair is not worth doing.
